The NE Series Chain Bucket Hoist is designed for the vertical conveying of powdery, granular, and lumpy materials, including those with high abrasiveness. The maximum allowable material temperature is generally 200°C, and the maximum lifting height can reach 40 meters.
The NE Series includes 11 models: NE15, NE30, NE50, NE100, NE150, NE200, NE300, NE400, NE500, NE600, and NE800.
1.Wide Application Range:
Suitable for a variety of materials including powders, granules, and lumps.
Capable of handling highly abrasive materials.
Maximum allowable material temperature is ≤ 250°C. (Note: There is a discrepancy between the overview (200°C) and features (250°C). The feature value is used here.)
2.Large Conveying Capacity:
3.Low Driving Power:
Employs inflow feeding and gravity-induced discharge.
Features densely arranged, large-capacity buckets, achieving a high lifting capacity at a moderate chain speed.
Minimal material backflow during operation.
Theoretically calculated shaft power is only 25% - 35% of that of a link chain elevator.
4.Long Service Life:
Inflow feeding minimizes extrusion and collision between materials.
Prevents material spillage during feeding, lifting, and discharge, thus reducing abrasive wear.
Utilizes a high-strength, wear-resistant plate chain for the conveying chain.
Proven in long-term production by similar foreign products to have a chain service life exceeding 5 years.
5.High Lifting Height:
Moderate chain speed ensures smooth operation.
High-strength, wear-resistant plate chain enables lifting heights of up to 50 meters. (Note: There is a discrepancy between the overview (40m) and features (50m). The feature value is used here.)
6.Good Sealing, Minimal Environmental Pollution:
7.High Operational Reliability:
Advanced design principles ensure reliable operation.
Mean time between failures (MTBF) exceeds 30,000 hours.
8.Easy Operation and Maintenance, Few Wear Parts:
9.Compact Mechanical Dimensions:
10.High Structural Precision:
11.Low Operating Cost:
