The boiling cooling bed consists of a vibrating boiling cooling mechanism with porous (fish-scale plates), an air supply system, and an air exhaust system. After humidification, the used sand falls evenly into the vibrating boiling cooling mechanism. During vibration conveying, the air supply system blows in cold air to make the hot sand in a boiling state. The heat emitted is discharged through the exhaust fan and dust collector at the top, and the cooled used sand is continuously conveyed to the sand outlet for removal. Developed by our factory based on the principles of mechanics and transmission, combined with relevant domestic and foreign data and years of practical experience, it is specially designed for the sand processing equipment of lost foam casting, and is also one of the main core equipment of the complete set of sand processing.


    Under the action of the blown air, the sand grains are in a suspended state, and heat exchange and cooling are carried out with the action of cooling water. During the movement, friction occurs between the sand materials, making the attached fine powder detach and enter the dust removal system with the suction air flow. At the same time, the fluidized sand moves from the inlet to the outlet under the action of pressure difference, and the cooled sand is discharged from the outlet of the cooling bed.

Main Features:

  1. The special air nozzles of the sand cooling boiling bed will not cause sand to block the air nozzles and affect air supply. The air nozzles are evenly and densely distributed on the bed surface of the boiling bed, achieving the best air distribution effect.

  2. The horizontal boiling sand cooling bed is combined with the vertical cold storage tank, adopting the form of multi-channel air supply and water supply. It uses a high-pressure fan for air supply, an exhaust fan for air extraction, and a high-pressure water pump for water supply. It not only has a good cooling effect, but also promotes the suspended conveying movement of sand materials without internal blockage.

  3. An observation window is installed on the box body of the sand cooling bed, allowing real-time observation of the operation of the molding sand inside the cooling bed.

  4. It is equipped with a dust exhaust port connected to the dust removal system, which can timely extract the dust separated during the heat exchange process and purify the sand materials.
